Financial Controller at Efficacy Construction Company

About the Role 

• We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to real estate accounting and banking operations, bringing strategic insight and leadership to our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

•  ⁠Lead accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
•  ⁠Oversee property accounting, project costs, and cash flow management for real estate developments
•  ⁠Leverage banking experience to manage corporate financing, treasury, and banking relationships
• ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls
• ⁠Provide financial insights for investment decisions, property acquisitions, and development projects
•  ⁠Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; liaise with auditors, investors, and regulators

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior management in real estate, construction or banking.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of banking operations, real estate financial management, and project financing
• ⁠Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
