Financial Controller at Don Quester Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax, and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial results and present strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and external audits.
• Strengthen internal control and enterprise risk management frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
