Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance to develop personalized financial plans.
• Provide expert advice on investments, savings, insurance, retirement planning. tax strategies, and debt management.
• Monitor market trends and financial products to Offer relevant solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust, loyalty. and business growth.
• Prepare financial reports, projections, and recommendations.

• Meet targets for client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting. Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3—7 years' experience in financial advisory, consulting, or a related role.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CFR ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, investment products, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet performance targets.
