About the Job
Emzor Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd with chains of business outlets requires the services of qualified candidates for the role of Financial Assistant (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Raise of purchase order and good receipts note (GRN)
- Monitor inventory arrangement in the warehouse
- Handle inventory transfer request
- Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile any observed variances
- Process the receipt of returned products from customers or depot
- Convert bank statement and upload same to ERP application
- Reconcile all company’s bank statement with cashbook and make sure all payment are posted to their general ledger account
- Identify bank charges/ interest fees and post same to the respective general ledger
QUALIFICATION: SKILLS REQUIRED
- ATS /OND (Account/ Finance/Business Admin)
- Minimum of 1 years on-the-job experience
- Proficient level of IT Literacy – MS excel MUST
- Experience in any ERP.
- Good numerical Skill and Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Candidate must reside in mainland
