Emzor Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd with chains of business outlets requires the services of qualified candidates for the role of Financial Assistant (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Raise of purchase order and good receipts note (GRN)
• Monitor inventory arrangement in the warehouse
• Handle inventory transfer request
• Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile any observed variances
• Process the receipt of returned products from customers or depot
• Convert bank statement and upload same to ERP application
• Reconcile all company’s bank statement with cashbook and make sure all payment are posted to their general ledger account
• Identify bank charges/ interest fees and post same to the respective general ledger

QUALIFICATION: SKILLS REQUIRED

• ATS /OND (Account/ Finance/Business Admin)
• Minimum of 1 years on-the-job experience
• Proficient level of IT Literacy – MS excel MUST
• Experience in any ERP.
• Good numerical Skill and Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Candidate must reside in mainland
