Job Description:

• Perform comprehensive financial modelling to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing scenarios.
• Develop advanced financial models for mergers, acquisitions, valuations, capital raising, and corporate restructuring.
• Analyze financial statements and market data to assess financial performance, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to provide recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Provide detailed financial reports and insights to support strategic recommendations for clients.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals by incorporating financial analysis and valuation findings.
• Ensure that all analyses and models comply with relevant financial regulations, including SEC requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including SEC guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or investment banking roles.
• Proven expertise in building and analyzing complex financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA would be an advantage.
