    Financial Analyst

    AlphaGrey Legacy Ltd is seeking to recruit a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handhold the budgeting processes of the entity.
    • Set documentation procedure and ensure that they are followed strictly.
    • Proactively own the responsibility of all the functions of finance and accounting activities
    • Reconcile all operational accounts and ledgers utilizing necessary tools and software.
    • Review of contracts for Revenue and Cost.
    • Always maintaining relevant books of Account.
    • Maintaining Creditors and debtors accounts and invoices. 
    • Supervise postings of all transactions into the company’s managed software. 
    • Overseeing the financial aspect of the company. 
    • Spearhead and prepare bank reconciliations. 
    • Ensure proper documentation of invoices from all clients. 
    • Maintaining appropriate records of account receivables and account payables. 
    • Ensure reconciliations at the end of the year, and monthly.
    • Ensure the receivables of the company is in proper care. 
    • Support communication with client to ensure proper invoices are kept and sent. 
    • Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
    • 4+ years of accounting experience.
    • Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting softwares.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good knowledge of taxes (withholding tax, VAT and corporate income taxes)
