We are recruiting for the position of FINANCIAL ADVISORS.

Every successful candidate would be required to do the following and many more as assigned by line manager:

• Help customers plan for their future by discussing investment options that can help them reach personal and family goals.
• Effective daily marketing of personal services and insurance products.
• Should be stratgetic enough in his or her aslling.
• Ensure cold calling and scheduling appointments online advertising, social media networking and direct mailings.
• As financial advisor, you are required to greet customers, answer questions, discuss insurance options, analyW customersc incomes and expenses, research insurance opportunities and create customized plans.
• Should be able to help clients complete paperwork about lifestyle habits.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations and laws.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practuces.
• Understanding of financial markets
• Sales principles
• Strong Communication Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills

Education Requirements

Minimum of OND

Remuneration

• Basic allowance of #25,000
• Group Life Cover worth 500,000
• Pension
• HMO (To start Jan., 2022)
• Minimum of 5% commision on any sales xoncluded.
