Financial Account Teacher at OnePyramid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial accounting curriculum that aligns with academic standards and objectives.
• Design and deliver structured lesson plans that engage students and enhance their understanding of financial accounting principles, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and accounting standards.
• Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including incorporating real-life examples and case studies where applicable.
• Evaluate and grade student performance through exams, assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and provide timely reports to academic administration.
• Offer individual or group tutoring sessions to support students who need additional help with coursework.
• Address students’ questions and concerns related to the course material, assignments, and exams.
• Promote a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student success and professional development.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in similar role
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to design and implement engaging educational activities.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations or conflicts effectively.
• Ability to Plan and manage classroom activities efficiently.
