    Finance Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Manage monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, review journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and corrective actions on deviations.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e. GAAP, FASB) rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.
    • Compile information for Company's annual tax returns; company representation, filings and uphold compliance with federal, state, and local government regulatory agencies.
    • Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules.
    • Execute bank payments timely, administration of bank accounts and account reconciliations; reconcile payroll and distributions for personnel.
    • Process invoices and contact appropriate parties for timely receivable payment.
    • Train new and existing staff members in various financial procedures and ERP Systems to prepare for job requirements; partner with various departments for financial analysis purposes and offer insights.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS).
    • 4+ years of accounting experience.
    • 1+ year of internet/technology industry experience and experience with resolving tax issues preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
    • Strong organizational, and analytical skills, result-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to support departments to achieve optimal results.
