    Finance Operation Officer

    • Ensure that the business get value for all transactions carried out on the Finsol platforms at all times by generating necessary reports for analysis. 
    • Finsol and Adempiere reconciliation. 
    • To carry out first line review/checks for all agency banking report from the various platforms (Finsol, NIBSS, Banks etc.). 
    • Identify and prevent revenue leakage 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in a Fintech, banking, or payment processing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of electronic payment systems, wallets, and transaction life cycles.
    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reconciliation or accounting software
