Finance Officer at Winrock International

Responsibilities

• Daily update of bank balances
• Keeping records of all items in the store and the sale of repossessed items
• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
• Resolving customer's payment related complaints
• Daily update of all departmental budgets
• Daily Review of General Ledgers.
• Assist in supervising the preparation of loan contracts
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of pension schedule
• Constantly monitor virtual account for any pending payment issues

Requirements

Key Skills and Ccompetencies:

• Proficiency in Computer Applications Excel /Microsoft Office/Banking Application
• Highly attentive to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Unquestionable integrity and high level of commitment
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
