Finance Officer at Koins Microfinance Bank

Job Summary

• Provide Support with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in the organization.
• Will also be involved in managing financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that bank and the books are fully reconciled
• Assist prepare and manage budgets for various departments or projects within the organization. This may involve analysing past spending, predicting future expenses, and creating a budget plan.
• Working will all stakeholders to ensure that the EOM is timely completed and with zero errors
• Will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. This will involve reconciling bank statements, recognizing, tracking of expenses, and updating accounting software.
• Will assist to ensure that the organization is fully compliant with relevant financial regulations, such as tax laws and accounting standards. This may involve reviewing financial documents and providing guidance to other employees on compliance issues.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.S.c / HND with 1 year of work experience.
