Finance Officer at Hope and Awareness Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with internal control, financial reporting, and donor guidelines.
• Process payments, manage project accounts, and oversee monthly retirements.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare timely financial reports for submission to NEPWHAN.
• Support audit processes and maintain document compliance.
• Collaborate with project staff to ensure prudent fund usage and documentation.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in NGO/CBO financial management.
• Minimum 2 years working on Global Fund or PEPFAR-funded projects.
• Knowledge of donor financial reporting standards and budget management.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High integrity and strong interpersonal communication.
