Finance Officer at Dash Microfinance Bank

• Support day-to-day finance operations including accounting entries, reconciliations, payments, reporting, and compliance to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

• process transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Perform daily/weekly reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, expense control, and monthly management reporting.
• Assist with regulatory/statutory reporting and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance controls and documentation standards.
• Maintain fixed asset register and support inventory/expense tracking.

Requirements

• 2—4 years relevant experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems;
• knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
