Finance Officer at CS Advance

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare and monitor budgets to ensure that spending occurs as planned and that variances are anticipated, noted, and corrected
• Keep records of Loan payments for repayment tracking
• Collate taxes payable on monthly transactions
• Spool bank transactions and analyze each transaction
• Update customer transactions on the Core Banking Application
• Manage account payables and receivables activities
• Prepare draft audit accounts
• Keep a record of cash transactions
• Monitor and manage payments and invoice payments
• Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations
• Manage payroll, pension scheme, and employee benefits
• Liaise with the tax authorities such as FIRS, LIRS on sundry  tax issues
• Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals
• Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company
• Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget
• Keep abreast with all government legislations and CBN policies that may affect operations and advise management on it
