Finance Manager at VIS Ideal Concept Limited

Responsibilties

• Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company
• Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
• Managing company budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments
• Forecasting company finances and creating financial models
• Identifying ways for the organization to cut costsand increase profits
• Assessing financial risks
• Enforcing policies and procedurest hat keep the company in compliance with financial regulations
• Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues
• Identifying the best funding sources (bank loans, equity, or internal profits).
• Maintaining the right balance between debt and equity to manage risks.
• Allocating funds to different departments for operational efficiency.
• Ensuring liquidity by managing working capital effectively.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 1-2years work experience.
