To facilitate the execution of best practice financial management processes and maintain good relationships with local and international financial institutions, government agencies. Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial reporting and information systems/policies and implement best practices
Compliance with agreed timeliness for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements i.e., Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Year-end statements, Cash flow Analysis, Contribution margin by Model
Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
Numbers of exceptions and regulatory infringement, including audit expectations and adjustment
Completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets register in a period with no significant errors including timeliness reconciliations
Manage Organization’s Tax matters and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related discipline
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA)
Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance industry
Must have at least 3 years experience in the Microfinance industry.
