Job Description

• Financial planning and analysis - lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial reporting - prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure they comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Cash flow management - manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting, and optimizing cash position.
• Cost management - identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Investment analysis - evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
• Risk management - identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Team leadership - lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance levels and continuous professional development.
• Stakeholder communication - communicate financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders, executive team, and department heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Master's Degree or professional certification (e.g., ICAN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
