Finance Manager at Norrenberger Financial Group

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team!

In this role, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and budget and forecast preparation. You will drive tax management/administration and performance management, amongst others while acting as a consultant to the CFO and other Senior managers alike.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee management of tax- VAT, WHT, PAYE. Liaise with the company’s tax consultant, auditor and regulators for efficient tax management 
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions 
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management account for management and regulators.
• Issue timely and complete financial statements. 
• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report. 
• Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts. 
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management. 
• Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. 
• Responsible for the filing of quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years\' Finance experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably in a SEC-regulated entity.
• Relevant professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
