About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial health and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while providing insights that drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and business insights to management.
• Supervise accounting operations and support business units with financial decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as ACA/ACCA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
