First Excelsia Professional Services - Our client, a major player in the technology industry is currently seeking top talent to fill the role of a Finance/Account manager.

Job description:

• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, internally and externally
• Preparation and processing of payroll with attention to statutory remittances.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and analysis of transactions
• Raising of journal entries and ledger accounts
• Develop and analyse financial statements and reports according to IFRS
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Management of investments, profit & loss, cash flow and income & expense reports
• Advise management on financial decisions proactively

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Accounting or related field
• Excellent financial analytics and modelling skills
• Verifiable previous usage of IFRS
• Working knowledge of various accounting software
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an accountant/ finance manager
• Professional certification is an added advantage
