Finance Manager at DCSL Corporate Services Limited

The Finance Manager will be responsible for planning the Company’s financial strategy, protecting the company’s revenues and profits to achieve sustainable growth. S/He will be responsible for formulation of financial strategy, driving implementation of accounting policies and providing quality leadership in the Finance department

The Finance Manager will report directly to the MD/CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Professional qualification in ICAN or ACCA is compulsory.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Finance position, with at least three (3) years in a management position.
• Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools, Sage, and other accounting tools.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and financial modelling.
• Outstanding team player.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Spearheading the entire financial reporting process whilst enforcing strict compliance with IFRS.
• Ensuring timely delivery of financial analysis and reports to Management.
• Regular analysis and narrative reporting on financial reports.
• Analyse business operations, costs, revenues, and financial obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
• Develop financial and tax strategies.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process of financials.
• Responsible for filing of all financial returns, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements with agencies of government and regulatory bodies.
• Advise Management on issues bothering resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Liaise with Internal Auditors, external Consultants, and other departments during audits, and other relevant matters to provide required documentation to meet compliance needs.
