Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and banking relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Supervise and support the finance/accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sound financial operations.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ICAN certification is mandatory. (ACCA or CFA certifications are a plus.)
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial management.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
