Position: Finance Manager

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities: 

The finance manager is responsible for:

1. Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, maximize profitability, and ensure financial stability.
3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
4. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
7. Supervise the finance team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
8. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or his designate.

Qualifications and Skills Desired 

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance management and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or ICAN preferred.
3. Proven experience in financial management.
4. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
