Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detailoriented Accounting graduate to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting operations, performing administrative tasks, and leveraging financial software such as QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and daily transaction records.
• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Record and track expenses, invoices, and receipts using QuickBooks software.
• Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accurate statutory deductions.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare summaries to support management decisions.
• Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and report preparation.
• Maintain and update accounting records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on financerelated and administrative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internship or professional).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
