Finance Executive (Ajah)

- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Core Purpose of the Role
- Promptly confirm the status of chargeback claims and provide feedback within the stipulated timeline.
- Track and monitor payments and inventory for all products and services.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations relating to failed transactions, wrong payments, unsuccessful transactions, and other related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
- Proximity to Ajah/Sangotedo axis is required.
