We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate who enjoys solving problems, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the smooth running of financial operations in a fast-growing Microfinance Bank.
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate financial records through timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
Prepare transaction, settlement and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
Support daily finance operations, reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Bank's financial records.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
At least 3 years' experience in a Finance role.
Banking, Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting and financial controls.
High level of accuracy, integrity and analytical thinking.
A proactive individual who takes ownership, works well under pressure and enjoys improving processes.
