We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our growing organization.
You will collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive financial support across a broad spectrum of activities.
Responsibilities
Prepare insightful monthly variance reports, analyze financial data, and communicate variances to stakeholders.
Liaise with payroll partners and process expense claims meticulously, maintaining accurate reimbursement records.
Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations and confirm tax calculations and remittances.
Execute month-end closing activities and generate reports.
Assist in developing and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive business productivity.
Guarantee the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings and other external reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience working as an Accountant, Finance Associate, or Auditor.
Possess a professional accounting qualification like ACA, ACCA, or ICAN.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
