Finance Assistant at Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA)

Objectives 

Nigeria WAY is seeking a competent and technically experienced finance person to support its finance unit with managing its records particularly hard files.

Specific Responsibilities and Deliverable:

• Scan all the projects transaction vouchers sequentially from November 2022 to December 2023.
• Confirm completeness of transaction vouchers for each file and month.
• Report back if any, incomplete file with missing voucher numbers.
• Save all scanned documents online on MEDA’s preferred data format.

Timeline:

      It is expected that all deliverables as listed above will be completed within 3 months

Qualifications:  

• At minimum a diploma certificate in Finance
• Shows experience working in a finance or administrative related role.
• Shows experience with effective use office equipment’s- printers, scanners.
• Computer literate with good organizational skills.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.

Reporting Lines:

• Under the overall guidance of the Country Director, the Technical Assistant-Finance will report to the Finance and Grants Manager.
