As our finance and fundraising manager, you will be responsible for leading financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and resource management for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in securing funding from diverse sources. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative  financial  strategies to  secure  funding for our   growth  initiatives.
• Identify  and engage  with  potential investors,  venture  capitalists, and  financial  institutions.
• Manage  and nurture  relationships  with existing  funders  and stakeholders.
• Oversee  the preparation  of  financial reports,  budgets,  and forecasts.
• Lead  due diligence  processes  and ensure  compliance  with financial  regulations.
• Design  sustainable financial  models  for our  projects and  business  lines.
• Provide  strategic recommendations  to  the leadership  team  on capital  allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of  5  years of  experience;  candidates with  exceptional  achievements in  less  time will also  be  considered.
