Finance Analyst at Sthenic Finance & Advisory Limited

• We are a dynamic finance company seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team at Sthenic Finance and Advisory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a performance-driven environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions accurately and timely
• Issue payment invoices and receipts to clients
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Perform account reconciliations
• Assist with internal and external audits as necessary
• Support other accounting tasks and projects as assigned by a supervisor

Requirements

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential)
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (essential)
• Accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, or in progress) is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
