Job Overview

• FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Account Executive for our client.
• The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support sound financial decision-making. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
• Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial data and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
• Experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
