    Finacial Growth Marketer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working within financial institutions or fintech organizations, with a strong understanding of the digital financial ecosystem and customer behavior in the finance space.
    • You should be passionate about experimenting with marketing channels, analyzing results, and scaling strategies that deliver measurable growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute data-backed growth strategies across digital platforms to drive lead generation and conversion.
    • Optimize marketing funnels across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue stages.
    • Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable ROI targets.
    • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities in the financial and fintech sectors.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to enhance customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
    • Implement and monitor A/B testing to optimize content, landing pages, and ad creatives.
    • Manage and scale email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
    • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in growth and digital marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Mandatory experience in a financial institution or fintech company.
    • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Performance Marketer.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or HubSpot.
    • Excellent copywriting, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Highly creative, adaptable, and motivated to achieve ambitious growth goals.

    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
    • Conversion rates across marketing funnels
    • ROI on marketing spend
    • Website and social media engagement growth
    • Customer retention and churn rate improvements
