Field Stock Auditor at Capsgain Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking smart, detail-oriented individuals across all capital cities in Nigeria to serve as Field Stock Auditors. The role involves visiting delivery partners to conduct physical stock counts and reconcile these with the company’s stock records. This is a field-based role that requires integrity, numerical ability, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned delivery partner’s offices for stock count.
• Perform physical stock counts of products held by delivery partners.
• Compare counted stock with official stock records provided by the company.
• Identify discrepancies and report findings honestly and clearly.
• Submit timely and accurate stock audit reports.
• Flag any cases of suspected stock mismanagement or fraud.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of OND, SSCE holders with strong numeracy and attention to detail are welcome.
• Must be smart, intelligent, and quick to learn.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work independently and follow audit protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock or inventory processes is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in the state capital or locality where applying.
• Must be available to move around locally to visit delivery partners
• Must own or have access to a smartphone for communication and report submission.
• Willingness to undergo training and occasional supervision.
