Field Service Intern

Job Description
- Installation of WI-FI devices (Radio, AirFibreetc) using line-of-sight technology.
- Troubleshooting ofWI-FIdevices.
- Basic Networking.
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advise on the solution.
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
- Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
- Working with field engineers to visit customers/employee sift the problem is more serious.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0-2 years of work experience.
