Field Service Engineer - Radiotherapy at TANIT Medical Engineering Limited

Position Overview:

• As a Field Service Engineer for Radiotherapy Equipment, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radiotherapy machines and related systems at hospitals and clinics.
• This role requires frequent travel to client sites and may involve temporary assignments in different locations.
• You will work directly with healthcare professionals to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair radiotherapy equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring they meet all operational and safety standards.
• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for radiotherapy systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and performance checks on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines in healthcare and radiotherapy operations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer solutions.
• Deliver technical training and support to customers, ensuring they understand equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, maintenance logs, and client interactions in compliance with company procedures.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related field).
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of radiotherapy equipment is a plus (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic field environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently for onsite service calls and be temporarily based at client locations as required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable working in a healthcare setting.
