Field Security Coordinator at Perfect Security Services Limited

Summary

• A Security Field Coordinator is responsible for overseeing operations at client sites and field locations.
• Field Coordinator inspects the locations to ensure the security operatives deployed are adequate to support the security detail required at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing support in the first instance to the SLO (Specific metric time i.e., uptime or response time) provided in the SLA
• Maintaining and auditing all protective security equipment such as accoutrements, communication devices, e.t.c.
• Assist the team in the assessingand analysing of vulnerabilities and risk to the regions
• Plan and prepare to minimise threats, vulnerabilities and risks at the location
• Liaise and communicate with CSO if any and others on all security issues relevant to the assigned locations
• Maintaining and monitoring the operations in the field.
• Delegate tasks to the field Coordinators/supervisors
• Schedule site visits/patrol
• Ensure and maintain secure environments for Clients and staff working permanently in expeditionary areas.
• Provide security related advice to deployed security operatives
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly activity reports from locations you have been assigned too.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven security related liaison experience
• Experience of producing reports
• Evidence of working in a security role without directsupervision in a fragile environment
• Able to display sound judgement and common sense when given a task, or being asked for advice
• Good communications skills
• Fluent in English language (Excellent written and oral)
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as word and excel.

Desirable qualifications,skills and experience:

• Knowledge of Standard Physical Security
• Previous working with Nigerian military or / and police/ Security company
• Knowledge of dealing with service providers and stakeholders

The Person:

• Not older than 45yrs of age.
