We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field SectionManager (Sales) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will take charge of driving sales growth, optimizing customer coverage, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver on coverage, volume, and execution of sales initiatives.
Coordinate and train Sales Representatives during daily morning meetings.
Review the performance of each Sales Representative under your supervision.
Ensure inventory availability and adequate supply to meet market demands.
Monitor and report market trends and competitors’ activities, including promotions and pricing.
Adhere strictly to company policies, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify and establish new customers through territory expansion initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting abilities.
Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools is an advantage.
