Field Sales Representative (Bike-Based) at ESOSA Food System

• We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative to grow our product distribution and sales within an assigned Lagos Island territory. This is a hands-on field sales role — you’ll prospect for new outlets, manage existing customer relationships, take and follow up on orders, and hit sales targets in one of Lagos’s most active trade markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and open new outlets across your territory
• Visit existing customers, take and follow up on orders
• Plan and execute daily sales routes
• Ensure product availability and drive distribution growth
• Build strong customer relationships and manage a defined territory independently
• Maintain basic sales reporting and hit daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG, food, beverage
• Proven field sales experience — prospecting, opening new outlets, managing a territory
• Must reside on/around Lagos Island
• Must be able to ride/drive a bike with a valid driver’s license
• Smartphone-literate; comfortable with mobile sales tools
