    Field Sales Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned locations.
    • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Conduct field visits, market activations, and sales campaigns.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
    • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer concerns.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE, OND qualification in any discipline.
    • Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
    • Must be willing to work extensively in the field.
    • Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
