    Field Sales Marketer / Sales Executive

    Job Description
    We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team. The sales executive's responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

    • Perform cold calls, and door-to-door marketing at buildings under construction.
    • Diligently marketing company products to Architects, Building construction companies, Interior designers, Builders, Quantity surveying firms, and other professionals and specifiers in the building construction industry.
    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Reporting Line: Will be attached to the specified company directors and work between Lagos mainland and Lagos Island.

    Academic Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates must have had a minimum of 6 credits at WAEC level with a University Degree (BSc.) in any of the listed courses - Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Applied Sciences with a minimum of second class upper obtained through full-time academic studies in a reputable higher institution – not a virtual studies/correspondence.
    • MBA, or otherwise degree or diploma in Construction Management or Project Management obtained through full-time academic studies, not via virtual studies/correspondence (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years Post-NYSC experience.
    • Applicants who studied or with work experience in the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.

    Requirements:

    • Gender - Female candidates only (for gender balance)
    • Must be highly cerebral and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Highly organized, articulate, and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
    • Good diction and amiable personality.

    Remuneration

    • N150,000 to N200,000 monthly gross depending on the degree of expertise and relevant experience as well as attractive sales commission on successful deals.
