JOB SUMMARY

• Plusworld group of Companies is recruiting for a Field Sales Marketer who will oversee sales operations, dealership recruitment and market expansion.
• The Field Sales Marketer is responsible for driving sales and business growth across the Group’s manufacturing, real estate, and other business operations.
• The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads, managing customer relationships, promoting the Group’s products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
• The position also coordinates field sales activities, monitors market trends, follows up on customer payments, supports sales teams where applicable, and provides management with accurate reports on sales performance and market opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of the company’s manufactured products within assigned territories and achieve set sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Promote company products, communicate product benefits, and support product launches and promotions.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, following up on leads and converting prospects into customer.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, and provide insights to management.
• Support distributors and dealers to improve product availability, visibility, and sales performance.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer service and sales execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, market development, and customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently, conduct regular field activities, and manage multiple clients and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
