Field Sales Executive (Lagos) at Estakem Ventures

Job Summary

• We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Field Sales Executive to grow sales and increase the availability of our products across Ikorodu and surrounding areas.
• The person will visit markets and shops, build relationships with distributors and retailers, and help increase our presence in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Find and bring in new distributors, retailers, and sales outlets.
• Visit markets, shops, and other sales points regularly.
• Make sure products are available and properly displayed.
• Monitor competitors and report market changes.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
• Send regular sales and market reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field sales; FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must know Ikorodu and surrounding areas.
• Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision.
