This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales and Collections Officer at Koolboks in Ajah, Lagos.
The Field Sales and Collections Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relations, sales activities, business relationship management, and customer service.
This role will involve regular communication with customers and clients to promote and sell Koolboks' products and services and collections of deliquent loans from Existing customers.

Client Relations, Sales, and Business Relationship Management skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
