This is a permanent contract role as a Field Sales Agent in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for generating and acquiring new leads, conducting in-person outreach to potential customers, and promoting company offerings effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships with clients, delivering presentations, answering customer inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves gathering feedback to help refine sales strategies and support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Presentation Skills
Relationship Management and Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work independently, with problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience in target-driven environments, with goal orientation
Knowledge of the local market in Lagos State is advantageous
Previous experience in sales or a related role; familiarity with credit or financial services is a plus
Minimum of a higher-level diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
