As a Field Sales Agent at Gamma Mobility, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential gig workers.
Your role involves proactive outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through field visits.
Conduct community outreach programs and participate in marketing activations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up diligently to convert leads into active users.
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Gamma Mobility's vehicle subscription options.
Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.
Provide comprehensive information on product offerings, usage guidelines, and financial responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of 1- 2 years in field sales, B2B or B2C.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in lead generation, and pipeline management.
Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
