We seek an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Agent to join our growing team.
As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in sourcing leads, disbursing loans, and building relationships with potential customers, ultimately contributing to the growth of our loan portfolio at Carbon.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for potential loan customers through various field activities, including community outreach, market visits, and networking.
Conduct preliminary assessments of potential customers to determine their eligibility for loans.
Educate potential customers about Carbon Microfinance Bank's loan products and services.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation efforts.
Stay updated on Carbon Microfinance Bank's loan products, policies, and procedures.
Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Excellent networking skills.
Ability to work in the field within assigned areas.
