As the Field Onboarding Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding retail fuel stations, deploying operational tools, training station personnel, and ensuring stations are successfully activated for business operations.
Responsibilities
Meet station owners and managers to complete onboarding and documentation requirements
Set up station applications, POS terminals, and payment accounts
Train station owners and staff on the use of operational tools and processes
Capture onboarding evidence accurately through the company's field application
Ensure stations are fully activated and handed over to the retention team
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG distribution, merchant onboarding, or related commercial roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train users effectively
Proficiency in smartphone applications and digital tools
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple field visits
Must reside in the preferred location and possess good knowledge of the local territory.
