Field Marketing Representative at Creatlie

Your Role

• We are looking for a Field Marketing Representative based in Lagos to drive awareness and adoption of our Marketplace feature.
• As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Creatlie on the ground, building meaningful connections with creatives and potential users in Lagos.
• You’ll also onboard vendors/business owners to the Marketplace, collect insights, and drive engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Creatlie at events, creative hubs, and community spaces in Lagos.
• Promote the Marketplace feature, highlighting how creatives can showcase and sell their work.
• Onboard new users and provide guidance on using the platform effectively.
• Collect feedback from users to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creatlie marketing team to plan and execute field campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lagos with knowledge of local creative communities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for the creative industry and supporting local talent.
• Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales is a plus.
