Field Marketing Officer at Early Code

Early Code Ltd is seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing direct field marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and generating sales across target locations.

Remuneration & Compensation

• Base Salary: ₦40,000 monthly
• Commission: 20% commission on monthly sales performance

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive direct sales.
• Engage prospective customers face-to-face to present, promote, and sell Early Code's courses and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish customer relationships within assigned territories.
• Meet and exceed target monthly sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or above.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working actively in the field.
